How to use

On Single page:
Under page attributes. Set template from default to Newsletter Popup.
Give any button, link or element a class of GM_Open

Enable Global:
Got to functions.php in appearance >> Theme Editor
Uncomment out code under /*GLOBAL NEWSLETTER POPUP*/
Then you can use this button on any page including your header and footer.
